Nature of the Product
The Multibagger Matrix (eBook) is a digital product delivered electronically and made available for immediate download after successful payment.
Cancellation
As the product is delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed.
Refunds
- If you were charged but did not receive access to the download due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days of purchase at EasyEquityWithAakash@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
- Because this is a downloadable digital product, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the file has been successfully downloaded, except where required by law.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
Duplicate / Failed Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment is deducted without an order being created, email EasyEquityWithAakash@gmail.com with your transaction details and we will refund the extra amount.
